About Amanda:

Before Amanda entered the world of holistic nutrition she was a child and youth counselor in the education system working with at-risk youth and families. Early on she saw a correlation between the junk food kids were eating and their behaviour. Back then Amanda knew food was deeply impacting children's development, however she did not have the training or knowledge to back up her theory. Fast forward 10 years, Amanda advocates on the impacts of junk and sugar filled foods on our health and offers simple strategies to make healthier, sustainable choices. She works to empower parents to first make health changes with themselves so they can role model health living for their children.

Amanda is holistic nutrition practitioner, lifestyle coach, wellness educator, holistic chef, teacher of meditation and a busy mama of two with a deep passion about transformational health that nourishes the mind, body and spirit. Amanda loves sharing how to simplify whole body nourishment with a balanced diet using clean ingredients, nothing fancy or complicated as well as supporting clients to create healthy habits that align with their dreams.
