You’ve lived with the quiet sense that something is missing - feeling too much, not enough, unworthy or simply exhausted from holding it all together. Along the way, you learned to silence your needs, shrink yourself, and carry responsibilities that never belonged to you.

These are not personal flaws. They are adaptations formed in childhood.

Inner child wounds shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often creating patterns that don’t serve you. Without awareness, we repeat patterns that leave us feeling stuck, unseen, and disconnected.

Mother|HER is a therapeutic approach rooted in inner child work and re-mothering. Here, you don’t fix the inner child - you meet her with presence, safety, and care.

Through this work, you begin to soften old defenses, shift long-held patterns, and reconnect with your intuition. This is the path back to wholeness - offering yourself the guidance and nurturance you once needed, and can now give.

1:1 Counseling Sessions

  • Sessions are offered on an ongoing basis and scheduled according to your needs, with flexibility around frequency.

  • All sessions are held virtually via Zoom.

  • Payment is accepted by e-transfer or PayPal.

Meet Amanda

Amanda is a teacher of meditation, mindfulness and breathwork, a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, a certified holistic nutrition practitioner, MindBody therapy practitioner and a recent graduate of the psychotherapeutic approach, Compassionate Inquiry by Gabor Mate. Amanda blends expertise with a sharp intuition, creating a space where real healing happens. Her mission is to help women break free from old narratives, reclaim their stories, and reconnect with their inner power—building lives rooted in self-trust, resilience, and unapologetic authenticity.

 You don’t need to be fixed. You were never broken.
This work is about ending self-abandonment, meeting yourself where you are, and choosing a different way forward - with presence, honesty, and care.
