In this workshop, you'll learn how they decided upon their top 10 and how to use them in your kids diets. All tips and tricks have been tried and tested on their own children which allow them to share their secrets for success.
At the end of the workshop, you will get to taste two nutrient dense recipes that are easy to make and delicious. You'll also get to take home the recipes.

Amanda is holistic nutritionist, a busy mama of two and who is passionate about healthy eating that is gluten, dairy and sugar free. Although self taught, she is a wiz when it comes to knowing her way around a kitchen and figuring out how to make life easier. Amanda loves sharing how to simplify healthy eating and how to have a balanced diet using clean ingredients, nothing fancy or complicated. Amanda is the author of three e-books, teaches cooking classes, works with clients and teaches workshops sharing that health and simplicity can co-exist.
